Lanta Gym is located on the west coast of Koh Lanta Island about 500 m from the beach. Lanta gym has everything you need to train and study in the ancient art of Muay Thai, the national sport of Thailand.

The gym is open daily between 8 am and 8 pm. During these hours we have fully
qualified staff to assist you. Whatever your gender, level of
fitness or age, we are able to customize your program to meet your needs.

William, Decha Rodraksa, is the owner and main instructor at Lanta Gym. He began Muay Thai at age 6 and through repeated success in the ring he was signed by the famous Sasiprapa Gym in Bangkok. There he trained and fought his way to national and international championships including Thailand Champion and World Champion (Japan 2001). As a result of his success in the ring and his acclaimed fame, Lanta Gym was born.
