Phang Nga

Phang Nga Bay comprises 400 square km in the Andaman Sea between the island of Phuket and the mainland of the Malay peninsula of southern Thailand. An extensive section of the bay has been protected as the Ao Phang Nga National Park (Ao means "bay" in the Thai language). The Park is situated in Phang Nga Province and is well known for its karst limestone cliffs and caves popular for sea canoe tours, rock climbing and many archaeological sites, nature wildlife viewing and mangrove forests.
