| Our Kids Policy |
- We are a family friendly hotel, all children are welcome!
- Kids under the age of 2 years old stay free of charge.
- Kids age 3-11 years are charged 500 per night for extra beds.
- Kids age 12-15 Charged 700 per night for extra bed.
- 16 years old and adults are charged 1000 THB per night for extra bed. Rooms are limited to 1 extra bed per room.

| Cancellation & Deposit policy |
- Peak Season & High season 100 % from total of reservation is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or modify please do it 14 days before the date of arrival to avoid forfeiting of total fees. And if the guest not shows up in check in date, we will forfeit total amount of your reservation fees.
- Green season 50 % from total of reservation deposit is required at the time of booking and the guest pay the remain balance when check in at the bungalows. If you need to cancel or modify please do it 14 days before the date of arrival to avoid forfeiting of total. And if the guest not shows up in check in date, we will forfeit 50% deposit.
