Bars

Bars take on a full range of styles, atmospheres and even names in Thailand. Common to tourist areas are what is known as a bar beer, often open air and often with friendly Thai staff available for fun, playing simple board games and light conversation. A go-go bars are indoors and air-conditioned, some with dance or stage shows. Thai night clubs and Thai sing-a-song offer stage show performances where the audience can show appreciation by buying and presenting flowers.

The tropical weather and fun loving nature of the people make bars, Pubs and all Entertainment venues interesting to explore. Many small venues have live music with some great Thai performers, some of the larger hotels may have Philippine bands and still others have bands from Europe or Ireland.
