Term and conditions
- All room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and all government
taxes.
- Extra bed will be charged 500 Baht/room/night for the third
person
- Payment 50% deposit has to be made to confirm the booking and
non refundable.
- In case of cancellation, a written notice must be received by
the resort
- Check-in time is after 2.00 p.m.
- Check-out time is before 12.00 am. ( noon ). Late check out
will be charged 50% of room rate.
- No pets allowed (For the comfort and security of our guests.)
- All rates are subjected to be changed without notice.
Term of Payment:
To confirm your booking your deposit payment should be made
- 15 days prior to arrival for green season,
- 21 days prior to arrival for high season,
- 30 days prior to arrival for peak season |
